PUBLIC BUILDING CORPORATION
CITY OF BRANSON, MISSOURI
August 28, 2019
The Public Building Corporation of the City of Branson, Missouri, met in public session in the
Municipal Courtroom of the Branson City Hall on August 28, 2019 at 9:06 a.m. The following members
were present: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Rod Romine.
Also in attendance was: Recording Secretary Lisa Westfall.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Tricia Murray moved to appoint Rod Romine as President. Motion was seconded by Pat Rose.
Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Rod Romine. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Pat Rose moved to appoint Tricia Murray as Vice President. Motion was seconded by Rod
Romine. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Rod Romine. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Rod Romine moved to appoint Pat Rose as Secretary and Treasurer. Motion was seconded by
Tricia Murray. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Rod Romine. Nays: none. Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Pat Rose made a motion to approve the minutes of the July 25, 2017, Public Building Corporation
meeting, seconded by Tricia Murray. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Rod Romine. Nays: none.
Motion carried.
RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION NO.
2019-01 Resolution of the Public Building Corporation of the City of Branson,
Missouri determining the intent of the Public Building Corporation to
dissolve.
A Resolution of the Public Building Corporation of the City of Branson, Missouri determining the
intent of the Public Building Corporation to dissolve and authorizing the officers thereof to execute all
documents necessary to dissolve the Public Building Corporation. Pat Rose made a motion to adopt the
resolution, seconded by Tricia Murray. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Rod Romine. Nays: none.
Motion carried. Resolution No. 2019-01 was adopted.
ADJOURN
There was no further business to come before the Board. Rod Romine moved to adjourn,
seconded by Pat Rose. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Rod Romine. Nays: none. Motion
carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:18 a.m.
