PUBLIC BUILDING CORPORATION
CITY OF BRANSON, MISSOURI
August 24, 2015
The Public Building Corporation of the City of Branson, Missouri, met in public session in the
Municipal Court Room of the Branson City Hall on August 24, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The following members
were present: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund.
Also in attendance were: Recording Secretary Lisa Westfall and Deputy City Clerk Hillary
Bargman.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Pat Rose moved to appoint Dave Edie as President. Motion was seconded by Tricia Murray.
Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Motion
carried.
Rod Romine moved to appoint Scott Skoglund as Vice President. Motion was seconded by Pat
Rose. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none.
Motion carried.
Dave Edie moved to appoint Rod Romine as Secretary. Motion was seconded by Tricia Murray.
Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Motion
carried.
Tricia Murray moved to appoint Pat Rose as Treasurer. Motion was seconded by Scott Skoglund.
Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Motion
carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Rod Romine made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 28, 2013, Public Building
Corporation meeting, seconded by Dave Edie. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave
Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Motion carried.
ADJOURN
There was no further business to come before the Board. Dave Edie moved to adjourn, seconded
by Rod Romine. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund.
Nays: none. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 a.m.
