HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes - Public Building Corporation - 08/16/2016 - Regular MeetingPublic Building Corporation 8-16-16 M I N U T E S PUBLIC BUILDING CORPORATION CITY OF BRANSON, MISSOURI August 16, 2016 The Public Building Corporation of the City of Branson, Missouri, met in public session in the Administrative Conference Room of the Branson City Hall on August 16, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. The following members were present: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Absent: Rod Romine. Also in attendance were: Recording Secretary Lisa Westfall and Deputy City Clerk Hillary Bargman. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Pat Rose moved to appoint Scott Skoglund as President. Motion was seconded by Tricia Murray. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Dave Edie. Nays: none. Abstain: Scott Skoglund. Absent: Rod Romine. Motion carried. Tricia Murray moved to appoint Pat Rose as Vice President. Motion was seconded by Dave Edie. Voting aye: Tricia Murray, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Abstain: Pat Rose. Absent: Rod Romine. Motion carried. Scott Skoglund moved to appoint Tricia Murray as Secretary. Motion was seconded by Pat Rose. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Abstain Tricia Murray. Absent: Rod Romine. Motion carried. Scott Skoglund moved to appoint Dave Edie as Treasurer. Motion was seconded by Pat Rose. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Abstain: Dave Edie. Absent: Rod Romine. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Tricia Murray made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 24, 2015, Public Building Corporation meeting, seconded by Pat Rose. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Absent: Rod Romine. Motion carried. ADJOURN There was no further business to come before the Board. Pat Rose moved to adjourn, seconded by Scott Skoglund. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Absent: Rod Romine. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:22 a.m.
