PUBLIC BUILDING CORPORATION
CITY OF BRANSON, MISSOURI
July 25, 2017
The Public Building Corporation of the City of Branson, Missouri, met in public session in the
Municipal Courtroom of the Branson City Hall on July 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. The following m embers were
present: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund.
Also in attendance were: Recording Secretary Lisa Westfall and Deputy City Clerk Hillary Briand.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Rod Romine moved to appoint Scott Skoglund as President. Motion was seconded by Pat Rose.
Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Motion
carried.
Tricia Murray moved to appoint Pat Rose as Vice President. Motion was seconded by Rod
Romine. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none.
Motion carried.
Scott Skoglund moved to appoint Tricia Murray as Secretary. Motion was seconded by Rod
Romine. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none.
Motion carried.
Rod Romine moved to appoint Dave Edie as Treasurer. Motion was seconded by Scott Skoglund.
Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Motion
carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Pat Rose made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 16, 2016, Public Building
Corporation meeting, seconded by Dave Edie. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave
Edie and Scott Skoglund. Nays: none. Motion carried.
ADJOURN
There was no further business to come before the Board. Rod Romine moved to adjourn,
seconded by Scott Skoglund. Voting aye: Pat Rose, Tricia Murray, Rod Romine, Dave Edie and Scott
Skoglund. Nays: none. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 1:33 p.m.
